My neighbor and I have planted a large sunken pot garden between our homes (I promise a big post on that later) and with the last few weeks we have gotten a few days of crazy rain. My sweet basil has just taken off! The leaves are literally…  First, let me say, I hate the word humpday – always have. But…it did rhyme so I went with it! I have been trying to be a doer instead of just a Pinner lately. I literally have 140+ recipes Pinned so now its time to start making some of them. My kitchen has been busy…  Jon & Greyson went to the store the other night and happened upon someone giving out strawberries with whipped cream on them (not just a random person, obviously a food taster and Greyson was in love. When he told me that I remember this recipe that I had pinned so tonight, as Jon was tossing…  So….my kids are on spring break this week and apparently we are having record lows as far as temperature goes. I had planned on basking in the glow of the beach and the sun all this week but those plans changed-its plain frigid outside, well to me anyway (50′s during the day, freezing at night)…. |
