(Used the Perspective option with this one—read on to find out more!)
OMG this is awesome. So yeah you probably don’t do panoramic images much (unless you have a drone lol) but when you want to do one, you want do it fast. Lightroom 6 has answered this problem. Yes you can still do it in Photoshop and that is cool but I like this even more because it gives you three options (Spherical, Cylindrical, Perspective) and lets you see the preview before you pick! Maybe I haven’t seen it but Photoshop doesn’t give you a preview, albeit more other options. Anywho you need to check this out! Also, if you aren’t on my newsletter you should be – I send out fun stuff like this as much as I can but let’s be honest, you don’t always see my posts on Facebook so sign up because I am coming out with something amazing for your fall portrait workflow-gorgeous color to make your images transform into warm, fuzzy feeling fall….Sign up to be on the list when it comes out and to get all the free tutorials, lens comparisons & reviews, and product released & discounts then look below for some pano info….
This is where you stitch panoramics together in Photoshop: (and a preview of that fall goodness I just noted up top there-be sure to sign up peeps)
No preview…insert sad face
And now in Lightroom this is where you go; and notice, these aren’t really shot for a pano-the top left one isn’t even in line with the others but LR made quick work of it!
And with Lightroom’s awesome new feature you can preview and pic which one you like! If you click Auto Crop (which I have here) it shows you everything that fits in-see below for the other option.
The Spherical & Cylindrical Were about the same for this one…
All of these images edited with LR Presets from the Gulf Collection & Actions from the Photoshop Action set The Kansas Collection….Sign up above to be notified about The Fall Collection for PS and PSE.
