Downstairs beside my studio we have another bedroom, bath and closet. As you can see, it was being used for my storage and prop closet before we found out about baby Hudson. So here it is before we started his nursery:
Just some finishing touches in March before he arrived…
I think he likes it
(Hudson, 15 weeks)
The dresser I did the chalk pain DIY tutorial on which can be found HERE.
And Janean, one of my wonderful workshop ladies, made him this gorgeous cloud garland as a present!
Driftwood from the bay property we closed on while I was pregnant with him…
All his bedding is from Restoration Hardware – organic brushed linen.
And I know everyone wants to know about this crib…..Handmade by Chris Breaux (on Facebook HERE) Funny story…Olivia’s stepmother went to high school with Chris in Louisiana and he posed a picture of this crib and she texted me immediately because she knew it would look neat in Hudson’s room based on what we had been doing. I had been looking high and low for the perfect crib and when I glanced down I was soooo excited! She and Olivia’s dad even brought it back from Louisiana for us since they were going that way! I love it!
Almost everything I used can be found on my Pinterest board for his nursery found HERE. But I will say most of those things probably aren’t for sale where they were pinned from anymore so try amazon.com:
